2011 Longmont Baseball League 13 AA Tournament Champions
What a great end of season LBL tournament put on by the Longmont Baseball League. The LBL member teams all showed their might, fiercly competing over three days.
The Longmont Tigers completed a 5-0 run through the end of season LBL tournament with a hard-fought 5-4 victory over the extremely tough Johnstown JR Roughriders. The theme of the tournament for the Tigers was defense – The Tigers gave up only 17 runs over 5 games – 3.4 per game – while scoring nearly 10 per game. Defense wins championships!
